Tickets can be purchased: online, over the phone by calling the University Arenas Box Offices at 585-475-4121, or in person at the Gordon Field House Box Office or the Gene Polisseni Center Box Office. Tickets purchased online and over the phone are subject to per ticket and delivery fees. 


Gene Polisseni Center Box Office Hours
Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm
*On game days, Box Office will open at 10am and will be open through the game.

Gordon Field House Box Office Hours
On ticketed event days, Box Office will open at 10am and will be open until the event begins.
